As a senior Geotechnical Tailings Engineer she works with design, construction, operation, long-term stability and closure of tailings dams mainly in Sweden. She has since 2001 been a leading author of ICOLD Bulletins including; #139 “Improving Tailings Dam Safety – Critical Aspects of Management, Design, Operation and Clsoure”, #153 “Sustainable Design and Post-Closure Performance of Tailings Dams”, #181 “Tailings Dam Design – Technology update” and #194 “Tailings Dams Safety”.
